PROF. AVANISH KUMAR

Prof. Avinash Kumar is currently a professor of Public Policy and Governance at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Prof. Kumar explores questions at the intersection of policies and practices that promote sustainability, inclusion, and participation in organisations and society. Prof Kumar’s work revolves around mainstreaming marginalised through citizen-centric governance, sustainable models of rural livelihoods/social

entrepreneurship, and designing corporate social responsibility practices to promote sustainable partnership between company-community for long-term solutions. His current research interest is to establish the interplay between identity, income, and insecurity in the context of empowerment. Prof Kumar is invited to deliver Platinum Jubilee lecture at Indian Science Congress, 2023

Harsh Rathi, in his early 20s, is a co-founder of Resilient Farmer Pvt Ltd that is developing a platform to make dairy farm operations & cash flows more resilient on one hand, and on the other hand ensuring a more sustainable approach to dairy farming.

Harsh started experimenting with technology from high school days. Over the years, he has seen the impact of his experiments and now looks to use technology as a means to further resilience & sustainability. At Resilient Farmer, he implements technology to overcome drawbacks of large scale factory farming and empower all stakeholders such as labour, farmer, customer and even cattle!


PROF. TEJINDER SHARMA

Tejinder Sharma is presently working as Chairman & Professor in Department of Commerce at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. He has over twenty three years of corporate, academic and research experience and his research interests are particularly in the field of marketing. He has over 50 publications in reputed journals of international and national repute. He is in the editorial and referee boards of several international and national journals. He has also been the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University,

Kurukshetra, and is the President of Haryana Commerce & Management Association

Dr Gopal K Sarangi

Dr Gopal K Sarangi is an energy economist with more than fifteen years of research and consulting experience. He has a PhD in Electricity Sector Reform in India, from TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi. His primary domain of research covers energy market and regulation, intersection of energy technologies, fuels and resources with public policies, social systems and processes, energy and climate nexus, governance and institutional analysis of energy transition questions and impact assessment of energy and environmental interventions.
